Act #14: How’s your skin today?

The French expression être bien dans sa peau means to feel good, to be content, comfortable or at ease with oneself. It literally means ‘to be well in one’s skin.’It can be used with different subjects and possessive adjectives. But être bien dans sa peau is most commonly used in the negative form to refer to any sort of teenage angst, depression, or general dissatisfaction. It can also be comparative (more / less content, more / less comfortable).
