Le sénateur du Kentucky Rand Paul a annoncé sa candidature aux nominations républicaines pour les élections présidentielles de 2016. « Je me présente comme candidat aux élections présidentielles américaines » a dit Paul mardi lors d'un rassemblement à Louisville dans le Kentucky.
