Samedi dernier, Brett Kavanaugh a prêté serment en tant que juge de la Cour suprême après un vote serré du Sénat américain. Le président Donald Trump a nommé Kavanaugh, âgé de 53 ans, en juillet. Ce juge conservateur de Washington DC remplacera le juge Anthony Kennedy, qui était connu comme un centriste au sein de la Cour.
